  From the I-77 and I-85 interchange:

Travel South on I-85 for 3 miles (4.8 km) to the Billy Graham Parkway Exit.
Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto the Billy Graham Parkway.
Immediately merge into the right lane and turn right on Scott Futrell Blvd.
Travel 0.2 miles (0.3 km), and turn left onto Stafford Drive.
Sencera is the second building on the left 3101 Stafford Drive.
   
 
  From the Charlotte Douglas International Airport:

From the airport exit, follow the highway signs to the Billy Graham Parkway, North (Not toward I-77).
Travel North on the Billy Graham Parkway for 2 miles.
Turn Left on Scott Futrell Blvd (beside the Sheraton Hotel).
Travel 0.2 miles (0.3 km), and turn left onto Stafford Drive.
Sencera is the second building on the left.
